JOB DESCRIPTION

We are hiring a Client Advisor part time (36hr) for our Armani Exchange Store in C. C. Madrid Río.

Your role as an ambassador for our brand is to ensure that all of our clients enjoy their entire shopping experience.

YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS

• Excellent Customer Service, ensuring that they are properly advised on collections.
• Fulfil individual and store objectives.
• Build strong customer relationships. Collecting customer CRM details for customer portfolio and follow up with them.
• Maintain store standards and guidelines regarding behavior, stock and product.
• Stay updated on our collections, fashion trends and being a fan of our brand.
