Dolce & Gabbana in Barcelona is seeking an experienced Client Advisor fluent in Russian, Spanish, and English to act as the brand ambassador and provide exceptional service to every customer.

You will tailor experiences, mentor the sales team, promote products to international clients, and maintain impeccable store standards while leveraging clienteling tools to build lasting relationships.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of womenswear experience in luxury retail.
• Fluency in Spanish, English and Russian.
• Excellent selling techniques and strong KPI understanding.

Responsabilidades

• Tailor the client experience to elevate the brand impression.
• Support sales staff with mentoring and shop floor operations.
• Promote and sell products by identifying international customers’ needs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships.
• Maintain store standards per guidelines and transmit brand projects with product knowledge.
• Engage clients using clienteling tools and CRM systems.
• Monitor stock levels and support sales staff activities.
• Assist with basic cash operations when trained to use the till.

We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Client Advisor Russian Speaker for our Dolce & Gabbana boutique located in Barcelona.

As a Client Advisor, you will be the Brand ambassador and you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Tailor the client experience in order to elevate experience and impression of the brand
• Support the Sale Staff performance providing mentoring and ensure smooth operations on the shop floor
• Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers’ needs
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customers
• Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines.
• Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge
• Ensuring to build long lasting relationships with the clients using clienteling tools (i.e. Client Book or client ceremony instructions) and system (i. e. CRM)
• Monitor the stock levels and support the activities of the Sale Staff
• Support basic cash operations when necessary (is trained to use the till)

Requirements

• Fluency inSpanish, English and Russian.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in womenswear in luxury retail
