Job summary

Allianz Commercial in Madrid seeks a Claims Handler for Follow Business, Bordereaux & Process Automation. The role focuses on accurate registration, bordereaux processing, and automated improvements using digital tools, with emphasis on data quality and efficient claims progression. English and Spanish fluency are required; Portuguese is a plus.

Hybrid working options are available. Base salary ranges from €34,000 to €40,000 per year for a full-time position, plus performance-based variable

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative or process-oriented role, ideally within insurance/claims operations.
• Strong organizational discipline, attention to detail, and data quality requirements.
• Familiarity with automation tools and workflow solutions to reduce manual effort.
• Interest in AI to enhance role and broader organization.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Register, update and maintain follow of business claims in claims systems with documentation and diary management.
• Process, review and reconcile bordereaux information; coordinate corrections.
• Maintain control over claim files, action items, payments, reserves and closures to ensure portfolio cleanliness.
• Follow up with brokers, clients, loss adjusters, third-party administrators and internal teams to obtain information and monitor next steps.
• Support operational reporting, KPIs, and file quality reviews; ensure compliance with guidelines.
