This role focuses on maintaining high standards and ensuring customer satisfaction while managing relationships and processes. Candidates should have a minimum of 8 years in the Spanish insurance industry and strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.

Formación

• Minimum 8 years of experience in claims handling within the Spanish insurance industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Spanish insurance laws and regulations.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Manage relationships with DEKRA, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Optimize processes to improve claims handling and customer satisfaction.
• Develop guidelines aligned with Dutch processes.
• Ensure transparency and fairness in claims processing.
• Decide on strategies for handling major claims and assess financial impacts.
• Manage payment processes and approve transactions.
