Chubb Ltd. in Madrid is looking for a Claims Processor to support our EMEA claims teams. You will handle diverse administrative tasks that drive efficient claims processing and data integrity, while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The role offers a solid training program, exposure to the wider EMEA team, and opportunities to develop technical and claims administration skills through coaching and resources on our talent portal.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced English (C1) is required.
• Native or bilingual Dutch and French are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in law is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of commercial insurance (A&H, P&C, UW or policy issuance) is preferred.
• Ability to organise work within time constraints.
• MS Office and Excel proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Handle claims administrative tasks supporting internal teams.
• Ensure timely completion of daily tasks within SLAs.
• Maintain data quality and indexing across systems.
• Adhere to Madrid Claims Centre SOPs and regional processes.
• Collaborate with Team Leader and Operations Coordinators.
