Qualifikationen

• Experience in administrative or process-oriented roles within insurance.
• Strong organizational discipline with attention to detail and data quality.
• Proficient in Excel and able to work with dashboards and reports.
• Interest in automation, workflow solutions and AI tools.

Aufgaben

• Register and manage follow of business claims in claims systems with diary management.
• Process bordereaux information, identify data gaps and coordinate corrections.
• Maintain claim files, reserves, payments, and portfolio cleanliness.
• Coordinate with brokers, clients, loss adjusters and internal teams for information.
• Support operational reporting and KPI monitoring per internal guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate administrative tasks using dashboards and AI tools.
• Contribute to process optimization across administrative and bordereaux activities.
