They are now hiring a COO to help scale from ~$10M to $50M in record time.
Key Responsibilities
Company Operations & Scale
- Build and lead the operating infrastructure to scale the business from ~$10M to $50M+ ARR
- Own company-wide execution across go‑to‑market, product delivery, and internal operations
- Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to translate strategy into execution
- Drive alignment, prioritisation, and accountability across teams in a fast‑scaling environment
Go‑To‑Market Operations & Performance
- Oversee revenue operations across sales, customer success, partnerships, and pricing
- Analyse revenue performance, customer cohorts, expansion motions, and retention drivers
- Define and operationalise frameworks for new regions, enterprise customers, product lines, and partner ecosystems
- Implement scalable reporting and operating rhythms for quota, attainment, CAC, payback, and margin improvement
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Lead annual and quarterly planning, operating cadence, and cross‑functional goal‑setting
- Support forecasting, capacity planning, and scenario modelling to ensure efficient growth
- Partner with finance to ensure capital efficiency, resource allocation, and performance tracking
- Act as a key thought partner to the CEO on growth strategy and organisational design
Operational Excellence & Systems
- Build scalable, repeatable processes across billing, collections, compliance, vendor management, and internal tooling
- Design systems and automation suitable for a high‑growth, global SaaS business
- Ensure operational readiness for enterprise customers and international expansion
- Continuously improve execution speed, quality, and cross‑team collaboration
Board & Investor Engagement
- Prepare operational updates and metrics for board meetings
- Support fundraising efforts with data, operating plans, and execution narratives
- Partner with finance and leadership to ensure data‑room readiness and diligence support
- Engage confidently with top‑tier investors on operating performance and growth plans
What We’re Looking For
- COO, VP Operations, or equivalent senior operator with experience in high‑growth SaaS or deep‑tech
- Proven track record scaling ARR through mid‑market and enterprise motion
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, revenue operations, and growth levers
- Exceptional cross‑functional leader able to partner with sales, product, finance, and engineering
- Highly analytical, execution‑focused, and comfortable in ambiguity and rapid change
- Experience in AI or SaaS strongly preferred (but not required)
