Evotym, a fintech company delivering card-based payment solutions for businesses, is seeking a Chief Business Development Officer to transform new market opportunities into profitable lines. You will test ideas, win early customers and partners, and guide initiatives from launch to scale in a remote, international team.

You will build dedicated teams as new directions grow, prioritize opportunities with the CEO, and monitor revenue, profitability and ROI to scale successful initiatives globally.

Competenze

• 5+ years of proven business development experience, including launching new initiatives and generating revenue.
• Experience in fintech, card issuing, card processing or businesses where card-based solutions are integral to the product.
• Experience developing new markets, building strategic partnerships or launching new products and business lines.
• Strong commercial acumen, including an understanding of revenue models, profitability and unit economics.

• Identify and assess new markets, industries and customer segments for card-based payment solutions.
• Develop and validate business hypotheses against market potential, customer needs and profitability.
• Create tailored value propositions and commercial strategies for new verticals.
• Explore ways to embed card issuing and payment infrastructure into third-party products through APIs and other integrations.
• Acquire initial customers and partners, negotiate commercial terms and drive opportunities through to production launch.
• Develop new business models and revenue streams, owning their commercial performance.
• Work with the CEO and internal teams to prioritise opportunities and allocate resources.
• Track revenue, profitability and ROI, and build dedicated teams to scale successful initiatives.
