Job summary

Evotym is seeking a visionary CTO to steer the next phase of a scalable payments platform. You will lead distributed engineering teams, shape cloud-native architecture and drive DevOps practices to support high transaction volumes.

You will partner with Product, Security and Operations to align technology with business goals and regulatory requirements, delivering robust, high-performance solutions for international markets.

Qualifications

Proven experience as CTO/VP Eng or senior tech leader.
Strong fintech/payments background.
Experience building high-load mission-critical platforms.
Expertise in software architecture, distributed systems, microservices and APIs.
Experience with cloud-native, DevOps and modern delivery practices.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the technology strategy aligned with business goals.
Evolve platform architecture for scalability, resilience and maintainability.
Lead engineering teams and develop technical leaders.
Maintain performance, availability and security of critical systems.
Set engineering standards and delivery practices balancing speed and quality.
Collaborate with Product, Operations, Security and stakeholders to align priorities.
