Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Chief Operating Officer based in Europe to build and lead the operational backbone of a new crypto-fiat digital banking venture. You will steer the operating model, oversee onboarding, payments, settlements, and service delivery for B2B and B2C clients, and partner with banks and card issuers to enable scalable growth.

You will establish controls, KPIs, and reporting, while managing a lean team and coordinating with executives on market launches and international

Qualifications

• Senior-level leadership in crypto banking or neobanking operations.
• Experience with payment operations, settlements, and onboarding.
• Ability to manage relationships with banks and payment providers.
• Familiarity with KYC/AML processes and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the operating model for a crypto-fiat digital banking venture.
• Oversee daily operations: onboarding, payments, transaction workflows, and service delivery.
• Develop robust reconciliation, settlements, reporting, and controls.
• Coordinate with compliance to implement KYC/AML processes and risk controls.
• Build partnerships with banks, payment providers, and card issuers.
• Define KPIs, SLAs, budgets, and performance management frameworks.
• Recruit, motivate, and develop a lean, high-performing operations team.
• Manage budgets and optimize costs while preserving service quality.
• Collaborate with commercial, product, and executives on launches and expansion.
• Ensure scalable capabilities to support international growth.
