A leading powertrain solutions company in Valladolid, Spain is seeking an experienced professional for a chassis dyno testing role. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and a proven track record in chassis dyno testing and product validation. Responsibilities include leading test campaigns, managing resources, and ensuring the quality of validation plans. This role offers a collaborative environment with opportunities for growth and travel. Excellent English skills are required, knowledge of French is a plus.

What you will do

• Lead execution of chassis dyno test campaigns, coordinating resources globally.


• Analyze feasibility of validation plans for assigned projects.


• Manage outsourcing of tests not performed in Horse facilities.


• Evaluate and propose upgrades for testing resources to meet project needs.


• Ensure validation plans are executed on schedule and meet quality standards.


• Represent the Testing department in meetings with stakeholders and clients.


• Validate emission tests and ensure measurement quality.


• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in testing processes.

What we’re looking for

• A proven track record in chassis dyno testing and product validation.


• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline; Master’s in engineering preferred.


• Excellent skills in powertrain testing and project coordination.


• Strong competencies in decision‑making and team leadership, with a collaborative approach.


• Knowledge of the automotive sector, Horse Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry.


• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; French will be highly valued.
