Job summary

Metarina is seeking a Founders Associate to work directly with the CEO, owning and automating the operational layer of the company. You will execute tasks hands-on and build AI-powered workflows to replace repetitive work.

You’ll run CEO operations, manage scheduling and communication, structure data in Notion, and develop dashboards with the CFO to surface performance insights. Remote-first with Barcelona-offsite opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in operations or startup generalist environments.
• Ability to build workflows and automations using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar).
• Strong written communication; ability to draft investor updates and briefs.
• Comfort with high-leverage and low-status work and moving quickly.
• Structured thinker who creates order from messy inputs.

Responsibilities

• CEO Operations: manage email/calendar/travel, prepare briefs, capture follow-ups.
• Sales Operations: organize Notion for sales, segment customers, prep research materials.
• Controlling & Reporting: build dashboards, translate data into actionable insights.
• Coordination & Partner Management: coordinate with CFO, advisors, vendors.
• AI Automation & Systems: identify and deploy AI-powered automations; upskill team.
