Europcar Mobility Group in Palma de Mallorca seeks a Car Return Agent to be the face of our return process. You will greet customers, inspect vehicles, and finalize the rental handover, ensuring accuracy and a smooth experience.

Join our Network & Stations team within Operations, delivering friendly service in a fast-paced environment. Prior customer service or vehicle inspection exposure is a plus; we value attentiveness and teamwork.

Formación

• Previous experience in a customer service or operational role is preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with vehicle inspection or rental operations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers returning vehicles.
• Check vehicles back into rental fleet.
• Identify and document any new damage on return.
• Contribute to fleet quality control and damage records.
• Provide excellent customer service during returns.
• Support branch operations to maximize efficiency.
• Perform additional duties as requested by management.
