Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a dedicated Car Return Agent to join our Network & Stations team. You will be the primary contact for customers returning vehicles, inspect vehicle conditions, and ensure the smooth collection of keys and the finalization of the rental process.

You will greet customers professionally, check vehicles into the fleet, document any damage, and support branch operations to maximize customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to assess vehicle condition
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a proactive attitude to assist wherever needed
• Ideal Experience Previous experience in a customer service or operational role is preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers returning vehicles
• Check vehicles back into rental fleet daily
• Identify and document new vehicle damage
• Contribute to fleet quality control records
• Ensure smooth return process and customer satisfaction
• Support branch operations as needed
• Perform additional duties as requested by management
