Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group in Palma is seeking a Car Return Agent to be the face of the returns process. You will greet customers, inspect vehicles, and finalize rentals with accurate damage reporting, ensuring a smooth return and positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or operational role is preferred.
• Experience with vehicle inspection or rental operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with professionalism when they return their vehicles.
• Check a high volume of vehicles back into the rental fleet daily.
• Identify and document any new damage on vehicles and compile required paperwork.
• Contribute to quality control and ensure fleet damage records are accurate.
• Provide excellent customer service and support branch operations as needed.
