Europcar Mobility Group in Madrid seeks a Car Return Agent to be the face of our return process. You will greet customers, inspect vehicles for damage, and ensure smooth handover of keys and finalization of rentals. The role focuses on delivering excellent service and maintaining accurate fleet records.

Ideal candidates bring customer service experience and the ability to work quickly in a busy environment, with a proactive team attitude and a willingness to assist across branch operations.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers with professionalism when returning vehicles.
• Check vehicles back into the rental fleet daily.
• Identify and document any new damage for evaluation.
• Support fleet quality control and ensure accurate damage records.
• Provide a smooth and satisfying return process for customers.
• Assist other branch areas to maintain efficient operations.
• Perform additional duties as requested by management.
