Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Car Return Agent to be the face of our return process in Las Palmas. You will greet customers, inspect vehicles on return, and ensure keys and rental records are settled efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers returning vehicles with professionalism.
• Check high volume of returns into the fleet daily.
• Identify and document any new vehicle damage for evaluation.
• Contribute to QC to keep fleet damage records accurate.
• Provide excellent service to ensure a smooth return process.
• Support branch operations to maximize customer experience.
• Perform additional duties as requested by management.
