Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Car Return Agent in Palma to be the face of our return process. You will welcome customers, inspect vehicles on return, document any damage, and ensure the rental process finalises smoothly with professional service.

The role emphasizes accurate vehicle condition reporting, fast-paced efficiency, and teamwork to support branch operations while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers with professionalism and confidence when they return their vehicles.
• Check a high volume of vehicles back into the rental fleet daily.
• Identify and assess any potential new damage on vehicles, compiling necessary documentation.
• Contribute to the Quality Control process to ensure fleet damage records are accurate and up to date.
• Provide excellent customer service during all customer interactions, ensuring a smooth and satisfying return process.
• Support other areas of the branch to ensure operations run efficiently and customer experiences are maximized.
