Responsabilidades

• Manage candidate journey from application to shortlist.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition partners.
• Utilise data-driven insights to improve sourcing and conversion.
• Identify, attract and engage top talent using innovative methods.
• Build and nurture a talent pipeline and maintain clear communication.
• Screen via phone/video and provide timely feedback to stakeholders.
• Promote diversity and employer brand in recruitment processes.
• Drive efficiency and innovation in talent acquisition practices.
