Michael Page Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Candidate Experience Partner to manage the full candidate journey from application to shortlist. The role emphasizes sourcing top talent, collaborating with TA Partners and Hiring Managers, and delivering a positive candidate experience.

Formación

• Fluent in Hungarian and English at professional level.
• Proficient in sourcing strategies, Boolean search techniques, social platforms and engagement practices.
• Experience with data-driven recruitment improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze sourcing and conversion data in ATS to improve recruitment effectiveness.
• Conduct intake meetings with Hiring Managers to align on role requirements.
• Identify, attract, and engage top talent across multiple sources including referrals and direct applicants.
• Manage candidate journey from application to shortlist and present refined shortlists to Hiring Managers.
• Build a pipeline of future candidates and maintain proactive communication.
• Conduct phone screens and video interviews, document feedback, and follow up with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with TA Partners, Hiring Managers, and stakeholders to improve talent acquisition processes.
• Promote diversity and inclusion to attract balanced candidate pools and position the client as an employer of choice.
