Michael Page Enterprise Solutions is seeking an experienced administrator to build and manage relationships with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring onboarding activities run smoothly and SLA targets are met.

You will coordinate interviews, onboarding checklists, contractor conversions, offer and contract generation, and liaise with internal teams and vendors to deliver a seamless candidate experience.

Formación

• Fluency to a professional level in Hungarian and English.
• Previous experience as administrative and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Ability to prioritise and manage own workload.
• Reliable and well organised.
• Proactive.
• Sound business ethics and integrity.
• Able to work well under pressure.
• Able to work within company procedures and standards.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maximise contract performance and ensure SLA targets are met.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and offer/contract generation.
• Educate candidates on onboarding requirements to minimise delays.
• Arrange interviews and keep candidates updated on progress.
• Liaise with 3rd party vendors and internal teams for onboarding elements.
