Job summary

Extia Group ищет стажера в области HR/рекрутмента для международной команды в Барселоне ( Poblenou ). Стажировка длится 6 месяцев, возможна удаленная часть работы.

Обеспечивается доступ к LinkedIn Recruiter и LinkedIn Learning, а также участие в Campus Extia для постепенного развития навыков. Учащиеся BAC+3–BAC+5 обучаются на практике в условиях реальных под-bureau задач, организуя встречи с школами и развивая бренд работодателя.

Qualifications

• Учеба на уровне BAC+3–BAC+5 и поиск стажировки за границей на 6 месяцев.
• Готовность к обучению без предыдущего опыта и к работе в международной среде.
• Стремление к результату и желание стать IT-рекрутером.

Responsibilities

• Работа с отделом продаж для понимания необходимых профилей.
• Поиск кандидатов через LinkedIn, доски объявлений и другие каналы.
• Проведение телефонных интервью по установленным критериям.
• Поддержка кандидатов на протяжении всего процесса отбора.
• Оклад HR-поддержки для команды консультантов и персонализированное обучение.

• Work with the sales team to understand the profiles being sought.
• Identify the best profiles through LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels, and manage responses to job postings.
• Conduct telephone interviews to assess candidates’ skills and motivation according to our criteria.
• Support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide HR follow-up for a team of consultants, offering individual, close support through regular career development check-ins and helping create a personalized training plan.
• Contribute to various initiatives, such as developing relationships with schools (career fairs, CV workshops, mock interviews), managing the employer brand, and organizing internal events…

Требования

• You are studying at BAC+3 to BAC+5 level and are looking for an internship abroad lasting 6 months (the internship start date can be adjusted according to the candidate’s profile).
• You do not have previous HR experience, but are ready to commit and train just like all our recruitment experts…
