Основные задачи: руководство полным циклом найма IT-специалистов, активный поиск через соцсети, проведение первых интервью и построение долгосрочных отношений с кандидатами. График гибкий, удалённая работа до 4 дней в неделю, стажировка 1 год с дальнейшей перспективой контракта.

Qualifications

• Бакалавр в психологии, трудовых отношениях или смежной области.
• Высокий уровень английского (устная и письменная).
• Командная работа, внимательность и хорошие коммуникативные навыки.
• Страсть к IT и рекрутингу в tech-сфере.

Responsibilities

• Управление полным циклом найма для IT-специалистов (Backend, Frontend, Mobile, QA, Data и пр.).
• Поиск и оценка кандидатов через исследование, sourcing и интервью.
• Использование соцсетей для proactive sourcing и публикации вакансий.
• Разработка стратегий по поиску топ-талантов и развитие отношений с кандидатами.
• Ведение пайплайна кандидатов и идентификация будущих возможностей.
• Проведение телефонных/онлайн интервью на этапе отбора.

Задачи

• Manage the end to end recruitment cycle for all IT positions
• Manage top of funnel recruiting including research, sourcing & candidate assessment
• Use social media for proactive sourcing and post job offers
• Develop innovative strategy around finding top talent
• Work mostly on technical roles (Backend, Frontend, Mobile, QA, Data etc.) but also on PM, CTO, SM roles
• Manage your pipeline of candidates and identify what future opportunities they may be a fit for
• Conduct initial interviews for candidate screening
• Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance
• Building long-term relationships with potential candidates

Требования

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations or similar
• High level of English (spoken and written)
• Team-player, detail-oriented, organized and good communication skills
• Passion for the IT world
