Responsibilities

Work with the sales team to understand the profiles being sought. Identify the best profiles through LinkedIn, job boards and other channels, and manage responses to job advertisements. Conduct telephone interviews to assess candidates’ skills and motivation according to our criteria. Support candidates throughout the recruitment process. Provide HR support to a team of consultants through close individual guidance, including regular discussions about career development and the creation of a personalized training plan. Contribute to various initiatives, such as developing relationships with schools (career fairs, CV workshops, interview simulations), managing the employer brand, and organizing internal events.

You are studying for a bachelor's or master's degree and are looking for an international internship lasting 6 months (the start date can be adjusted to suit the candidate’s profile). You have no previous HR experience, but are ready to commit and learn, just like all our recruitment experts. You are adaptable and want to work in an international environment. You have a strong results orientation, enjoy challenges, and are motivated to take initiative. You want to learn and are motivated to become an excellent IT recruiter.
