CARRER is seeking an Operations & Customer Service Intern in Barcelona to assist with daily operations and customer interactions within a growing fashion brand.

The successful candidate will support B2C and B2B orders, manage customer service, and prepare Excel reports. Ideal for students or recent graduates, this paid internship offers valuable experience in logistics and retail.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, alongside strong organizational skills and an interest in fashion.

This role is designed for someone organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, who is keen to gain hands‑on experience across operations, logistics, and customer interaction within a growing fashion company.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management of B2C and B2B orders, including processing, follow‑up, and issue resolution.
• Assist with orders returns, exchanges, and coordination with logistics partners.
• Help monitor stock levels and delivery timelines to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and maintain Excel reports on orders, sales, and inventory.
• Manage day-to-day customer service support, solving order-related queries and ensuring a positive client experience.
• Coordinate with logistics and internal teams to keep processes efficient and up-to-date.

Requirements

• Student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.
• Based in Barcelona
• Confident with Excel (pivot tables, basic data analysis).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Interest in fashion, retail, and operational processes.
• Fluent in English, Spanish is required.
• Immediate availability to start.
