CARRER is seeking an Operations & Customer Service Intern in Barcelona to assist with daily operations and customer interactions within a growing fashion brand.

The successful candidate will support B2C and B2B orders, manage customer service, and prepare Excel reports. Ideal for students or recent graduates, this paid internship offers valuable experience in logistics and retail.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, alongside strong organizational skills and an interest in fashion.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day management of B2C and B2B orders.
• Assist with order returns and exchanges with logistics partners.
• Monitor stock levels and delivery timelines.
• Prepare and maintain Excel reports on orders and inventory.
• Manage customer service support and queries.
• Coordinate with logistics and internal teams.
