JD Logistics is seeking a results-driven leader to own the outbound distribution floor and final delivery execution for large-item goods. You will manage a dispatch team, coordinate with internal fleet and external carriers, and ensure deliveries meet customer requirements.

The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, hands-on experience with bulky goods distribution, and the ability to adapt to early dispatch waves and real-time transit exceptions.

Formación

• Experience handling heavy freight, large appliances, or furniture distribution networks.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required to direct drivers and report to HQ.
• Willingness to adapt to early dispatch waves and real-time transit issues.

Responsabilidades

• Lead outbound distribution floor and dispatch desk operations for large-item deliveries.
• Coordinate with internal fleet (1PL) and external carriers (3PL) to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor KPIs, resolve delays, and optimize route loading and vehicle utilization.
