JD Logistics in Spain seeks a seasoned Head of Outbound to lead the Large Item DC dispatch and final delivery execution, ensuring bulky goods leave the facility safely, on time, and aligned with customer delivery windows.

You will manage the outbound distribution floor and delivery routing desk, coordinate with our internal fleet and external carriers, and drive continuous improvements in loading, routing, and SLA attainment.

Formación

• Experience handling heavy freight and bulky goods distribution.
• Fluent English and Spanish mandatory; Mandarin a plus.
• Flexibility for early-morning dispatch and country-level launch.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement daily loading, route allocation, and vehicle dispatch protocols.
• Maintain high on-time delivery rates and resolve carrier delays.
• Coordinate with 1PL and 3PL networks and lead dispatchers.
• Ensure compliance with transport documentation and safety standards.
