Job summary

MWM Energy España is seeking a Sales Engineer to supervise and coordinate all sales and solution programs for new Gas Generator Set systems, integration services, and aftermarket support within a defined geographic area including Madrid.

The role requires applying product knowledge to identify opportunities, develop a realistic sales plan, and manage customer interfaces to ensure contractual compliance and successful bookings across assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum English C1 level.
• Portuguese is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities for Gas Generator Set products in the power generation market.
• Propose solutions and convince customers that Caterpillar MWM is the best partner.
• Develop a sales plan and forecast for the assigned territory to support objectives.
• Manage customer relationships and ongoing interfaces to ensure services are delivered as expected.
• Secure bookings to meet the sales plan and forecast for assigned accounts.
