Job summary

Factorial is seeking a Brand Manager for the DACH market to own the brand strategy and identity across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will guide campaigns with creative, content, product marketing and performance teams, driving a long-term brand vision with autonomy and ownership in a senior role.

You will work with cross-functional partners to ensure consistent brand expression and measurable impact on awareness and perception in the DACH region.

Qualifications

• Must be expert in German and fluent in English.
• 4–5+ years in Brand Management, with DACH market exposure.
• Translate market insights into a clear brand direction.
• Proven experience leading campaigns end-to-end.
• Strong visual identity and design briefing skills.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define the brand strategy for DACH and localize voice.
• Lead end-to-end brand campaigns with cross-functional teams.
• Own brand guidelines and ensure consistent application.
• Own visual and verbal identity in German across channels.
• Partner with Product Marketing for aligned positioning.
• Measure brand health and identify growth opportunities.
