Job summary

Factorial, the AI for Business, seeks a Brand Manager DACH Markets to own our brand in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You’ll collaborate with creative, content, product marketing and performance teams to define the long-term vision and guide campaigns for consistent brand presence.

This senior role offers autonomy and impact as we grow in the DACH region. You’ll lead end-to-end campaigns, manage the German identity, brief agencies, and track brand health metrics to prove what works.

Qualifications

• Expert/proficient German and fluent English.
• 4–5+ years in Brand Management, ideally in B2B or SaaS.
• Strategic and analytical mindset.
• Proven experience leading campaigns from strategy through execution.
• Strong visual identity and design briefing skills.
• Storytelling and presentation abilities.
• Ability to move fast and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Define the brand strategy for DACH and ensure local relevance.
• Lead brand campaigns end-to-end with cross-functional teams.
• Own brand guidelines and ensure internal adoption.
• Own the German visual and verbal identity across channels.
• Partner with Product Marketing to align positioning.
• Measure brand health and translate insights into actions.
