Factorial HR is seeking a Strategy Analyst for the German market to support and scale our Strategic Partnerships team. You will help drive partnerships, analyse data, and design scalable processes across functions to enable faster decision-making.

The role requires 2–3 years in strategy-related fields, fluency in English and German, and strong MS Office plus CRM experience. Barcelona-based, with a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Tier-1 business school.
• 2-3 years work experience in Strategy Consulting/ Investment Banking/ Startup/ VC.
• Strong interest in the Tech scale-ups ecosystem and SaaS business models.
• Demonstrable analytical capabilities to collect, analyse and interpret data.
• Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders and Factorial leaders.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• High proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software is a plus.

What are we looking for?

• Finished a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Tier-1 business school.
• 2-3 years work experience in Strategy Consulting/ Investment Banking/ Startup/ VC.
• Strong interest in the Tech scale-ups ecosystem (i.e. Itnig) and understanding of SaaS business models.
• Demonstrable analytical capabilities to collect, analyse and interpret data to make informed business decisions.
• Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure and in a context of shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to build relationships with stakeholders and Factorial leaders.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• High proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Fluent in English and German.
• French, Italian or Spanish is a nice to have.
