Talantir is seeking a senior B2B marketer to own brand voice, website messaging, and the overarching positioning as we scale across DACH, UK, Nordics, and the Netherlands. You will lead SEO, storytelling, and cross-product consistency while collaborating with founders, product, and revenue teams.

You will shape multi-market messaging, drive AI-powered workflows, and mentor teams in a fast-growing, remote-only company with a strong emphasis on results and strategic impact.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of B2B marketing experience with a track record in messaging, positioning or brand strategy.
• Proficient in German and able to author messaging for the DACH market.

Responsabilités

• Develop multi-product positioning frameworks and GTM logic for new markets and product launches.
• Define and maintain brand governance for external communications.
• Ensure cross-product strategic consistency across campaigns, landing pages, and decks.
• Own the website architecture and messaging for a coherent voice across products and markets.
• Lead SEO strategy across markets with the Content Marketing Manager.
• Drive PR and narrative in press, industry events, and HR tech landscape.
• Test and implement AI-powered workflows and automations.
• Lead ad-hoc strategic projects like brand research and market surveys.
