Naboo is seeking a Billing Operations teammate in Barcelona to ensure accurate final amounts from suppliers and correct invoicing for client projects.

You will follow up on outstanding items, help improve internal processes, and provide clear responses to clients and suppliers as part of a hands-on, high-growth team in the center of Barcelona. English and French proficiency are essential for daily operations.

Formación

• Fluent in English and French; daily operations include French (50%)
• Strong numerical skills and high attention to detail
• Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or similar
• Enjoy client interaction and teamwork

Responsabilidades

• Ensure past events have the correct final amounts from each supplier
• Ensure past events are correctly invoiced to the client
• Follow-up on outstanding items and manage potential disputes
• Participate in the improvement of internal processes
• Provide effective and clear answers to clients and suppliers
