Naboo in Barcelona is seeking a Billing Operations team member to ensure accurate final amounts and invoicing for past events. You will collaborate with clients and suppliers in a fast-growing environment, using CRM tools and maintaining high attention to detail.

The role requires English and French fluency, and you may be pursuing a Finance degree. Expect a hands-on position with top-tier equipment and a modern office in central Barcelona.

Formación

• Fluent in English and French; daily operations include French.
• Pursuing a Finance degree or Master in Finance.
• Strong numeric, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
• Experience with CRM tools or systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure final amounts from suppliers for past events.
• Verify past events were invoiced accurately to clients.
• Follow up on outstanding items and resolve disputes.
• Contribute to process improvements within Billing Operations.
• Provide clear, effective responses to clients and suppliers.
