Formación

• Fluent or bilingual Danish (C2) for customer interactions.
• Advanced English (C1/C2) for internal docs and communication.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player with goal-oriented attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Delivering High-Caliber Service: Providing accurate, expert information and support for post-sales requests.
• Order Management: Accurately logging, validating, and following up on customer orders and requests to ensure timely resolution.
