Qualifikationen

• Danish fluency and English proficiency required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Working knowledge of Windows/MS Office and Internet configuration.
• Ability to work on-site in Barcelona and handle customer inquiries.

Aufgaben

• Handle incoming customer contacts via phone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Log call details in the system and resolve or escalate within SLA.
• Maintain product and application knowledge for customers.
• Ensure adherence to contractual SLAs and service quality.
• Provide coverage for colleagues as needed and support supervisors.
