Job summary

Responsibilities

• Understand customers/local requirements.
• Create support cases and follow up with internal teams.
• Basic interaction with customers and resellers to follow up on renewals/inbound leads.
• Support building target account list to the team.
• Pull and share reports from Salesforce CRM.
