Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking a Seller Support Advisor who is fluent in French and English to join our onsite team. You will handle seller inquiries by email, educate users on features, and liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve issues while maintaining clear, customer-first communication.

This full-time role (39h/week) offers a permanent contract, remote-from-Spain option, paid training, and career development opportunities, with a base salary of €22,000 plus up to €2,400 in annual

Formación

• Fluency in French and advanced English required.
• Proven project management experience with deadlines and schedules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with ability to explain complex concepts.
• Tech- and data-savvy with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to seller queries by email in a timely, accurate manner.
• Educate sellers on features and usage.
• Mediate between internal teams and sellers.
• Communicate clearly and tailor responses to each seller.
• Analyze and report product issues by testing scenarios.
• Update internal databases with issues and discussions.
• Inform sellers about new features and improvements.
