JD Logistics is seeking a dynamic on-site Operations Leader for a dedicated last-mile delivery station in Spain. You will take ownership of inbound sorting, parcel routing, and driver dispatch waves to maximize delivery success rates within the assigned zone.

You will lead shift supervisors and local couriers, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence while adapting to non-standard early morning shifts and bilingual reporting to international management.

Formación

• Hands-on floor leadership to guide operators and drivers in a time-sensitive environment.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish; Mandarin is a plus.
