JD Logistics is seeking a hands-on Floor Leader to take ownership of a dedicated last-mile delivery station in Madrid. You will oversee inbound sorting, parcel routing, driver dispatch waves, and vehicle safety compliance, ensuring high delivery success rates.

You will manage shift supervisors and local couriers, align operations with Spanish regulations, and report performance data to international management. English and Spanish fluency are mandatory; Mandarin is a plus.

Formación

• Lead a fast-paced team of operators and delivery drivers.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Mandarin a plus.
• Flexible with early morning shift starts (e.g., 5:00 AM).
