JD Logistics in Valencia, Spain is seeking a hands-on Station Supervisor to direct daily shift operations at our delivery station. You will oversee early-morning linehaul intake, parcel sortation, DSP/driver dispatch, and evening debriefs to maximize on-time delivery.

The role leads shift team leaders and sortation staff, coordinates with DSPs and independent couriers, and enforces safety and compliant operations while aiming for top delivery performance.

Formación

• Delivery station supervision experience in a parcel or last-mile setting.
• Experience with dispatch management applications and barcode scanners.
• Professional fluency in English; Mandarin a plus.
• Willingness to work early mornings, late evenings, or rotational shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily station operations, including linehaul intake and sortation.
• Direct DSP/driver dispatch and route staging to maximize OTD.
• Lead shift team leaders and sortation staff and coordinate with third-party partners.
• Enforce safety, floor rules, and labor compliance during all shifts.
