JD Logistics is seeking a hands-on Station Supervisor in our Spain operations to direct daily shift tasks within our delivery stations, ensuring accurate sortation, efficient driver dispatch, and on-time customer deliveries. You will lead a team of shift leaders and sortation staff, work closely with DSPs and independent couriers, and monitor safety and compliance during fast-paced last-mile cycles.

Fluent English mandatory; Mandarin a plus; early morning and rotating shifts required; this role

Formación

• Operational experience supervising delivery stations or last-mile hubs.
• Proficient with dispatch management apps and WMS/TMS tools.
• Fluent English; Mandarin is a strong plus.
• Willing to work early mornings, evenings, or rotating shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily delivery station operations including sortation and dispatch.
• Lead shift team leaders and coordinate with DSPs and couriers.
• Monitor OTD rates and safety on the warehouse floor.
• Ensure compliance with safety and labor regulations.
