The role demands fluent English and Spanish, with Mandarin knowledge considered an asset. Expect early-morning shifts and non-standard hours to stabilize the last-mile delivery engine.

Formación

• Lead and motivate a fast-paced team of operators and delivery drivers.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and road transport compliance.
• Communicate performance metrics clearly to international management.

Responsabilidades

• Commission, Go-Live, and operate the delivery depot efficiently.
• Maintain high on-time delivery and first-time delivery rate targets.
• Optimize driver dispatch waves and sorting lines for efficiency.
• Ensure labor governance aligns with local standards and PRL requirements.
