JD Logistics is seeking a hands-on Station Supervisor to direct daily shift operations at our last-mile delivery stations in Spain. You will lead shift team leaders, oversee sortation, DSP/driver dispatch, and ensure maximum on-time delivery while maintaining safety and compliance.

Join our fast-paced network and drive performance metrics, adapt to shift rotations, and collaborate with third-party couriers to optimize route execution.

Formación

• Proven supervisory experience in a parcel delivery or last-mile setting.
• Experience using dispatch management applications and warehouse systems.
• Fluent English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily delivery station operations including early-morning intake and evening debriefs.
• Oversee parcel sortation, route staging, and driver DSP dispatch.
• Coordinate with DSPs and couriers to ensure on-time delivery targets.
• Enforce safety and compliance on the warehouse floor.
