JD Logistics in Madrid is seeking a hands-on Station Supervisor to direct daily shift operations within our last-mile delivery network. You will oversee linehaul intake, parcel sortation, route staging, DSP/driver dispatch, and evening debriefs to maximize on-time delivery.

You will lead shift team leaders and sortation staff, coordinate with DSPs and independent couriers, and ensure strict safety, quality, and compliance on the warehouse floor.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily delivery station operations including early-morning linehaul intake, parcel sortation, route staging, DSP/driver dispatch, and evening debriefs to guarantee maximum on-time delivery (OTD) rates.
• Directly lead shift team leaders and sortation associates; manage interactions with third-party DSPs and independent couriers.
• Ensure safety and floor compliance, van yard traffic rules, and labor compliance across all shift operations.
• Utilize dispatch management applications, WMS/TMS tools, routing software, and handheld barcode scanners to monitor and optimize performance.
