JD Logistics seeks a senior last-mile operations leader to build and scale Spain's delivery network from the ground up. You will own network planning, station launches, and carrier management, driving efficiency and service quality across the country.

You will oversee cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Finance, HR, and Technology, ensuring strong governance and performance reporting to global HQ. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, Mandarin is a plus.

Formación

• Significant last-mile delivery and e-commerce logistics experience.
• Experience managing multi-site delivery operations or stations.
• Track record launching or expanding last-mile networks, preferably Greenfield or rapid growth.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, launch, ramp-up, and management of Spain’s delivery stations.
• Own country-level last-mile performance metrics (on-time delivery, first-mile metrics).
• Manage relationships with DSPs, carriers, subcontractors, and partner fleets.
