Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. seeks an HR Admin specialist to maintain Mexico-based employee documentation and support new employee orientations. You will handle HRIT tasks (SAP/SuccessFactors) across the employee life cycle and assist with audits and policy inquiries.

The role requires English and Spanish proficiency, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Office locations include Guadalajara or Mexico City, onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field or experience.
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in both English and Spanish for written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining all Mexico based employee documentation/files.
• Assist with New Employee Orientations & assure complete personnel files.
• Perform HR activities on HRIT tools (SAP/SuccessFactors) across the employee life cycle.
• Assist with document audits for internal/external audits or legal requirements.
• Handle Tier One inquiries on policy content and leaves, via calls or tickets.
• Process HR transactions per SOP and respond to emails in a timely manner.
• Enter/maintain data in HCM modules; meet ministry and external agency requirements.
• Other onsite responsibilities as assigned.
