Job summary

Nordex Group in Tajonar is seeking an experienced SAP Inhouse Consultant to design, implement and continuously improve SAP HCM solutions, collaborating with process owners, IT providers and external partners in an agile environment.

You will bring strong SAP HCM On-Premise, SuccessFactors and SAP Fiori expertise, including Payroll and Time Management, plus good Spanish and English. International exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration or comparable. Recognition as Spanish degree equivalency if abroad.
• 5+ years experience as an SAP-HCM consultant, ideally in an international environment.
• Strong process and technical expertise in SAP HCM On-Premise, SuccessFactors and SAP-Fiori.
• Solid knowledge of SAP Payroll and Time Management processes.
• Good understanding of project management methodologies; practical experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of interface support and integration technologies, including IDocs and SAP CPI.
• Fluent Spanish and English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the SAP HCM solution with process owners, implementation partners and IT providers; continuously improve the solution.
• In an agile environment, support Nordex in HCM on premise, SuccessFactors and SAP Fiori by designing end-to-end processes.
• Lead projects or workstreams; coordinate and manage external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Continuously expand your industry, technical and SAP knowledge.
