Job summary

Mobis Spain Electrified Powertrain S.L. is seeking a capable HR Administrator to manage employee data, onboarding, and recruitment support across SAP and HR platforms.

You will coordinate lifecycle processes, assist in policy compliance, and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure smooth HR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, a relevant degree, and strong MS Office and SAP skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier invoices, approval workflows, vendor records, and cost control activities through SAP and internal systems.
• Maintain and update employee data across HR platforms, including SAP, Bizneo, Teams, and time systems.
• Support onboarding, promotions, transfers, and offboarding across the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, interview scheduling, candidate administration, and onboarding prep.
• Administer corporate mobile devices, inventory, purchases, renewals, and issue resolution.
• Support expatriate housing management, coordinating housing, suppliers, contracts, and expenses.
• Manage vacation balances, leave records, and HR data accuracy.
• Coordinate compliance training and maintain completion records.
• Assist in admin and renewal of external provider contracts and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with employees, managers, suppliers, Finance, IT, and external partners to ensure efficient HR operations.
